• Help in enhancing personal care while maintaining one's own personal style or preference.
• Guidance in achieving good nutrition, meal planning, shopping, proper storage and handling of foods, and following dietary needs.
• Assistance in acquiring domestic skills, including proper sanitizing, housecleaning, and laundry skills;
• Support in budgeting and money management, check writing, and banking.
• Aid in medication administration, and understanding the benefits, side effects, and other relevant information about medications.
